I have extra pond snails and ramshorns snails and we are thinking of getting a turtle soon, will our red eared slider turtle eat these types of snails?

I have a RES, you can see the pics in my profile album, they do get big so make sure you have a pond readily available. My male RES is about 12", I believe he's around 30 - ish years old. My RES in the pond eats large snails but be ready to have plenty of veggies like romane lettuce, the tips of celery and carrot, as well as super worms and reptomin pellets.

I had a little baby rescue turtle for a while. It was only like the size of a quarter and it would cow down on any snails I could get for it.
