I have some 8-10 week old pepper Cory cats in a 10 gal. I have an about 30ish. I moved my female over as she looked a little full. Two days my tank is covered in eggs. Took female out.

Eggs hatch and now 10 days later I can't seem to find the any fray. I have a plastic mesh over the filter. Not sure where all of them when.

Eaten?

If there was no male in with the female then the eggs wouldn't have been fertilised, as with corys the female doesn't hold fertilised eggs inside her

I did have three mature males in there too. I did see a few newborn fray alive at one point .

Aha ok, did you take the males out when you removed the female?

Yes, all adults were removed.
There are some hiding spots in a clump of java moss I've been avoiding cleaning/arranging. The ones hiding under a ceramic pot are the juveniles.
