the lowest ambient temperature would go upto 24 degree celcius and in worst consditions upto 18 or 17 degree celcius

So from math I just did your ambient temps will run from 62-75 degrees fahrenheit. This temp is too low for most of those fish or at least the bare minimum for these fish. I recommend an adjustable heater so you can better regulate the tank temp during warmer and colder weather.

Guppies 74-82
Molly 75-80
Neon Tetra 70-81
Zebra danio 65-75
Swordtail 78

Here is the table to help with what size individual heater you need. Delta T is the difference from the lowest ambient room temperature in the room to your desired tank temperature. Always get a heater larger than you think you need so just round up to the next nearest size.

You state 62F is the lowest for your tank. Your Delta T is about 15.

I wouldn't get anything more than a 50 watt personally, I think the hobby goes overkill on heaters.

Depends on how quickly the ambient temperatures change. For quicker changes and a smaller tank I'd rather overpower heaterwise, for a big tank and slow changes below the usual watts.

You might also want to get 2 heaters of smaller temperature and use them both in case one fails
