Do I Need Liquid Fert And Root Tabs?

So I've been reading the fertilizer articles on here and numerous posts, but I'm still not sure if I should use root tabs in addition to the liquid fertilizer I am currently using. With a 3 year old and a baby, I just don't have the time to do dissertation level research of aquaplant fertilization, so I need the quick and dirty answer, aka, the opinion of the fishlore community. I have a 10 gallon low tech, low light planted tank and am currently using just one pump a week of the "complete" liquid fertilizer that my LFS makes (I am including a photo of the label). My current plants are pretty low maintenance and include Lemon Bacopa, Water Wisteria, Java Fern, Windelov Fern, Anubias Nana, Anubias Micro, Java Moss, , Marimo Moss Balls, and Water Lettuce. Obviously most of these plants would not benefit from root tabs since they aren't in the substrate, so I guess it's just the Bacopa and Water Wisteria that I'm wondering about. Would root tabs make them healthier and more lush, or just make them grow bigger (and possibly outgrow my tank)? I might add a sword at some point, which I was once told can only use root fertilization, but I don't know how true that is. Thanks in advance for the advice.

The nutrient level seems pretty low on that bottle, but it should be fine.

All plants will take in nutrients from the water column and roots. Some(crypts, swords, vals) take in nutrients mostly from the roots, but since they’re usually slow growers, they don’t use as much.

I would say you’d be fine with just the liquid ferts. But if you start to see deficiencies, then up the dosage.

All the plants you have can draw nutrients from the water column. The Bacopa would benefit the most from root tabs, but not necessary.
You are correct about swords. They are heavy root feeders.

Your fertilizer is literally Aquarium Co-op easy green with a different label, so it'll be a lot more concentrated than regular chain store big brand fertilizers. The thing to watch out for is it contains no calcium, which is a secondary macronutrient. Swords can definitely use liquid ferts only, but this particular fert might not be strong enough. Root tabs won't hurt
