Do I Need A Co2 System For A 46 Gallon Tank

so I started cycling my 46 gallon and got one crypt and should I get a co2 system or injections I'm planning to get amazon swordtails and java fern

You don't need Co2 for those plants however substrate and an iron-rich fertilizer must be used also requires at least 2 watts per gallon of full spectrum lighting (5000-7000K)

I'm kinda new to the whole plant idea could I skip the fertilizer and if not is it fish safe?

I mean if you want healthy plants to grow and your fish to be happy than no I wouldn't skip it is quite important step.. Is really not a big deal you just take tabs and place them in to gravel 5 inches a part with tweezers same with plants using your tweezers and place them in gravel I can plant 75.gal full planted tank in 15 minutes..

can I still do it if I already planted my lutea ( he's also going thro crypt melt)
