Do Assassin Snails Eat Mts?

    Does assassin snails eat mts? I have 3 assassin in a tank with MTS and the MTS are reproducing and the assassin are not eating them

    They will eat them, but they're a little harder to get to since they dig in the sand. My assassins dig, but not that deep, so they prefer the ramshorns that stay above the sand.

    My Assassins definitely eat MTS as well as Ramshorns and Bladder Snails; the population of all three species has stabilized at a much lower level than if they weren't being predated. I also find the "empties" left after the party.

    I only see an Assassin very infrequently, going months without any sightings. Too bad, because they are attractive snails.

    My assassins eat mts :). They’re the only food on the menu :).
