Do Any Of These Plants Need Extra Supplements?

No. they basically need all the same nutrients. You should be dosing iron as it’s important in your plants growth. Calcium would depend on your water source. Harder water tends to have that in lock, but in soft water you might need to start dosing a GH booster or equilibrium.

And the crypts/swords love to be fed through their roots, so some root tabs would help.

Does Flourish Iron work? My water is very hard so I think the calcium is covered. I am using Seachem Root Tabs in my 75 do those work well? If those root tabs are not the best, what others do you recommend?

Also, this is completely random and irrelevant and could potentially be another problem but do you think algae on my 75 gallons plants could be caused by excessive phosphates or are there a million other reasons why?

Yup, Seachem Iron would work along with Thrive, I’ve been told it’s ferrous gluconate, which is easier for the plants to take in, but you have to dose daily.

And yes, those root tabs work well.

Depend on which algae you have. Can you identify it? If not can you post a picture?

Sweet, thanks for the help. About the algae, I'm pretty sure it's BBA. It just covers my plants and even the glass. My photo period is only 6 hours. Right as there is a new leaf on my Anubis, BAM the next day it just has algae all over it. The algae is just brown and ugly.

You sure it’s not just diatoms? Brown slimy algae? Any pictures?

Ohhhh I mistook BBA for that. Yes it is very slimy and you can rub most of it off with your fingers. If it is Diatoms how do I get rid of them and how should I remove them all?

Not sure. Some say it goes away naturally after the silicates run out or when a tank starts maturing. Could tank weeks or months. Or you can just scrape it off with a sponge or snails will help too.

Thrive by NilocG is plenty. No need to dose flourish excel or flourish iron.

As for your diatoms (brown algae), they're normal in newly setup tanks. Give it a few weeks or a month for it to go away on its own.

Ok, but it will just go away with time?

The tank has been setup since January. Is it still considered new?

It should definitely be gone by now. Try this: rub off all the algae you can see with your fingers. Every single nook and cranny and every plant leaf. After doing this, perform a 80% water change. Hopefully it will not return after. Dose Thrive at full dosage and/or get more plants
