I feed my angels once a day. They don't touch swords, anubias, crypts, Java fern, Java moss, Alternanthera or Amazon frogbit. I had Vallisneria spiralis at one point and it was fine. The only plant my angels finished was Sunset Hygro. They were juveniles back then but did not tried that plant again.

Mine has eaten Amazon Swords, and El Nino Swords but hasn't touched my Anubias Barteri. Yours might just like plants more than others.

What else do you have in the tank? Can you post a picture?
