i hear commonly that all "happy" plants give off micro oxygen bubbles. In my new moderately planted 40 gallon, my hornwort for instance has been significantly taking off; but no oxygen bubbles seem to be emerging. are my plants alright? (i also have anubias, java fern, and some crypts)

Mine only do right after a water change. Guess both the fish and plants love clean water! Haha

They'll produce oxygen allright, but bubbles are only visible if the water is already highly oxygenated u (waterchanges). The water is " not able " to keep it "in" in a diffused form then. Hoping my explanation is making sense.
