So I'm trying to set up a citric acid/baking soda CO2 system but I'm having a small problem. I'm trying to prime bottle A with the pressure guage to send citric acid into bottle B but when I squeeze it, I don't see any liquid actually pass through the tube connecting the bottles to start the reaction. Anyone have any tips or ideas to get this to start?

Thanks

Maybe one of the seals on the bottle caps or holes for the airlines isn’t completely airtight?

Yes. The system needs to be airtight to move fluids between bottles. Close all outlets when you squeeze.
