How can I lower the pressure on this? its past the green zone and continues to rise, no idea if that’s safe. And i’ve only had it going for a week, bubble counter is going too fast to count. But is it normal for the baking soda bottle to fill up so fast?

You need to slow down your reaction. It doesn't take much at all to produce a large volume of gas. Diluting the vinegar is the easiest way.

This is why I greatly prefer automated CO2, you get so much more control over the working pressure.

I agree with MrBryan723.

Here’s what it at. Not like I can just unscrew the top to dilute the vinegar. Hopefully it doesn’t pop while i’m at work.

Your other best bet would be something like a bucket of ice or something else to slow down the reaction then. If you can unscrew something a bit to relieve pressure you should tho.
