Just thought I'd post a pic of the reactor I made for my 75g. I had used the whole home filter to build one but I still had a few bubbles entering the tank. The whole home filters also seem to gather co2 at the top toward the end of the co2 period. So I built this one from 4" PVC and added a 1/4" tube from the top to the input to create a venturI to pull any co2 that gathers in the top. I also added a 90 on the input to swirl the water in the tube increasing contact time. This has resulted in 0 bubbles and a lower bubble count and lower pressure from the bottle.

I am going to make one with clear PVC, I will document the build if anyone is interested. I found that this combination of the two main reactor types works amazingly well.
