I'm thinking about dividing a75 gallon to house multiple Male Bettas, using plastic filled with moss for dividers.

How many divisions would work comfortably? The tank is 48" long and 18" tall.

Would it work with a Sponge filter in each section?

What would be the easiest way to clean the divided tank?

    Thanks for your help.

    Welcome to FishLore!
Omg that would be a dream for me! You can do 14 spots and each get 5gallons. Or do 20 spots and they each get 3.7 gallons. You can do a sponge filter every spot or every two spots. I just clean with a small water siphon in each spot.... Not fun but better then haveing 4 divided 10 gallons around my house....

Very true. If you want to be a betta keeper 14. If you want it to look nice and be easy 10. Id always try to fit many as possible but they area do get very skinny and less pretty the more you go.

If you decide to do this, make sure you keep us updated :) it sounds very interesting.

Do you plan on quarantining your fish?
