Dither/schooling fish with blood parrots

I have a 75 gallon tank with only 2 blood parrot cichlids (want to add a third).
Do you guys have any suggestions on a nice dither/schooling fish I can add to the tank without them nipping at my blood parrots or my blood parrots eating them.

I would really like a breed that stays together to add flow and movement to the tank, without taking away the spotlight of my BPs

Thanks!

I had giant Danios with my BP. The BPs still hid from me.

BP's don't require dither fish, like some species do. I keep various Rainbowfish species with mine. Whatever you choose has to have some decent size to it. The larger tetras, like emperors would work, too.

Ya sorry I guess I meant more schooling then dither, my BPs are very social! They're fun to look at I don't want something that gets too big though. I'll check out what you guys mentioned

I saw something called hockey stick fish? Lol they're cute and look great in a school! Do you guys know of them?
