Disease outbreak in my guppy fry tank - What Would You Do?

Heya! Just a quick question, I just want your opinions!

There has been a disease outbreak in my guppy fry tank, which I plan to rip down and build again from scratch (this was discussed on another one of my posts, and I no longer need advice on the matter)

All fry have been affected, except one, who seems perfectly healthy and happy.

Is it worth the risk keeping them for the new version of my fry tank? Any way I can quarantine them for a few weeks to check for diseases? Or should I euthanize them just to be sure they don't re-introduce the disease back into my tank?

What disease are you dealing with and what is your goal with the fry?

 

I mean quarantine isn't a bad thing
it really depends on what disease you had
something like Ick I wouldn't worry too bad however if it was something more serious

 

I'm not entirely sure, but it involved clamped fins, milky patches on the fins, a "rough" appearance on the scales and eventual loss of neural function. Could be from a chemical residue after the previous owner of the tank (I received it second hand and only know the tank was vastly mistreated)

Plan to use white vinegar or something similar to clean the tank. Then I will restart the bio system with media from my other tank, and plan to house 3/4 month old fry for a couple weeks (for a friend before they can move to their tank) and 8 newborns temporarily before they too get moved. Basically, to set up a tank for fry to come and go in.

 

I'd quarantine the fish and see what happens to it. Why not? As for the other tank, just bleach it out.
