it happens, some fish just don't grow properly. other than the obvious it is a decent looking fish. doubtful it can be fixed.

not that in itself. what creates health issues probably 90% of the time is "Water Quality"

 

It may my improve as it gets older provided it's healthy, water is clean and its fed quality food.

 

How old is the discus? It's colour doesn't look that great, like fishfanman said clean water and fed quality food there is a chance that it will colour up more and actually have another growth spurt

 

I'm not sure myself. I never got a chance to ask my LFS
