So I'm sitting here in the living room watching TV, when I realize that the filter on the 10 gallon was making an awkward gurgling noise. So I take a peek at it, and see that it's not got any water in it. I figure it was because the powers been going in and out, since the city's been putting in new equipment. So I lift the hood up to get some water to pour in there, and what do I see neatly perched across the dividers? The freeking light bulbs!!! Just minutes before the lights were do to come on. The screw head holding the casing to the hood had rusted clean off, and I guess that's all that was holding these two lights 4 inches above the water, keeping the bettas and me from doom thank god this tank is divided!!!!
So now, I have this useless hunk of hood, with the lights hanging on by the wire. *sigh*
