Java moss and two other guppies in the tank

Today my guppy died. I've had her for a month. The past few days she wasn't eating, then this morning I found her laying on the bottom of the tank. It seemed like she was having trouble swimming and orienting herself in the water. As I examined her body, I noticed a red, inflamed spot right where her anus is. Is this a sign of the dreaded Camallanus worms? I haven't seen any red bristles as are often described. However, I believe I have seen her excreting white poop. It was short and didn't stick to her.

Does the red spot appear to be a protruding string or is it just a dot? What gender are the other guppies?

It's raised up like it's inflamed. I didn't see any protruding strings, so just a dot I think. The other guppies are a male and a female. I don't think she was pregnant, but I didn't have it in me to dissect her and check for sure.

She would have been pregnant if she were with a male. She might have had a birth complication, she looks pretty big. I would watch the rest of them to make sure they don't have any symptoms.

Should have just cut her open and looked for worms. Maybe that's just the scientist in me tho. Camallanus makes a very recognizable paintbrush like threads. If its just protruding, she probably could not pass her babies.
