Dead blue neocaridina shrimp??

I turned tank lights on this morning and realized a dead blue neocaridina shrimp.
I have approx. 80 juvenile and adults with 100's of shrimpletts in that tank
0 ammonia
0 nitrite
Less 5ppm nitrate
7.6ph
8gh
4kh

Is this just life? I'm sure I get unexplained deaths with hundreds of shrimp. I see no odd signs on shrimp that I know of.

I found a few dead red ones over last few weeks. With hundreds of shrimp, I would assume there will be some unexpected deaths. But maybe I'm wrong.

In clear glass bowl in water on towel for contrast.

Admittedly im not very experienced with shrimp. But nothing in that picture jumps out as immediately worrying to me.

I also see nothing to explain this odd death which we all get from time to time

It's been fairly common in my experience to have an occasional death after adding new shrimp to a tank. I believe you haven't had these very long?

3.5 months on the blues (I've had blues longest of my shrimp), went into established tank. Had over 150 adults n juveniles but sold some. This was juvenile. Probably actually born in this tank.

Ps. Yes I did jump into shrimp two feet first with weights on my feet. Lol... I got a few deaths in beginning but all my shrimp went into established tanks I cycled with fish. Being new to shrimp I assumed if I have hundreds in my house a few will die before old age. I just wanted to make sure the fishlore family didnt see something on that shrimp I missed.

Then as richiep said, it just happens occasionally. As long as it's just one I wouldn't worry about it.
