So this morning i found very young ancistrus dead, he was in aquarium for two months he was mabey 3-4cm long. Yesterday i just did 35% water change and he was acting normal but i did notice half of his belly was darker then normal. I found him in filter intake.
All other fish are ok for now (black neons, rasboras and apistogramma)
Only difference i did is that i forget to turn on air "pump" at night on outtake of filter.
Any clue what was it? Should i do something?

Ps. Water parameters are stable for month+ and tank is cycled.

What have you been feeding him?
How big is your tank?
Do you know your water parameters? Would you be able to list them here?
Size 22 gallon/85 litres
Nitrite 0, nitrate 18, ammonia 0
For food: once a week boiled
zucchini, 3 times a week algae tablet plus i have some algae in tank.
Other fish food: granular food, normal fish flakes, frozen dried packed tubifex, once a week boild peas and tubifex is soaked in diy garlic "oil". Water change 35% every 6-7 days only difference is that i did put some new inbitro plants so i disturbed substrate alot (jbl kuglen and gravel) and i didn't turn on air pump at night.
