hey guess not sure where to put this.
So I'm tossing around stocking ideas and at the pet store today I saw long-finned leopard danios. Anyone have any expense with them? Thanks!

Danios are pretty hardy fish I had had some back in my 10 gallon tank I would definitely go with platys If u are going for live bearers. I think mine lasted maybe a year or so

Do you plan on stocking them in your 20g when its done cycling? If so, another question, what type of 20g tank do you have? Danios need a good amount of space for swimming they are extremely active fish I would recommend a tank that is at minimum +20inches in Width.

Otherwise they are extremely hardy, extremely active and fun to watch I just got some Gold Longfin Danios at they look like little caffeine addicts always zipping around. I recommend a shoal of at least 6, other wise can get a bit nippy.

No problem! Great fish though I'm just getting into doing community tanks, and they were a great addition! Hope it can work out for you!
