I woke up this morning and fed a small chunk of freeze dried shrimp to my 10g 'neon' tank. In the tank I have tetras and danios. One of the smallest danios took a huge piece of the shrimp, and now he's sitting on the bottom with a fat belly and shrimp hanging out of his mouth.

He's upright, his gills are moving, and he's swimming fine, he just wont swim above gravel level. Is he going to be okay, or did something happen to him?

make sure he is not choking.

He's trying to engulf more than he can eat.
If he can eat the shrimp completely, he'll just sit there for a while until he chews it.

He will probably be a bit chubby afterward.
