Cycling Tank's Ammonia is at 4.00 pmm, should I put a little API QuickStart in there?

Now I should clarify I don't think if I do that I can immediately put fish in afterwards. I'm wondering if this is like the prime time to put that product in to hurry up the cycling process.
Edit: Phrasing

Shouldn't hurt and might help :) 4ppm is higher than it needs to be when cycling a 5 gallon tank for a betta though.

Oh whoops! Well- I can remedy any high nitrate levels that result from it through a water change- right? <(^_^')

Having it that high really isn't a problem but just not necessary in this size tank. .
