Hi everyone, I'm a new member and really enjoy the forum, I really learnt a lot from all of you, thanks!
I'm trying to cycla my tank after some ammonia spike want out of control. I have 6 zebras and one rubbernose, the tank is not planted. I used Tss a few days ago and my ammonia is really going up, more than 2 ppm. Is it safe for my fish? Can i use prime at this point?
    Thanks!

I personally recommend Stability and Prime by Seachem when fish in cycling. With TSS they recommend no water changes for 14 days which is incomprehensible considering water changes r necessary when trying to lower ammonia toxicity. Ammonia at 2ppm is very toxic. I recommend a 75% water change..getting the ammonia down .50ppm dosing with Prime. Prime only detoxifies ammonia nitrite and nitrate at 1ppm for 24 hours.
