Cycling: Ammonia Disappearing Nitrite Raising - What Now?

I'm cycling a 75 gallon tank. I swear I've read every article there is on fishless cycling but I'm not sure what to do next.

I finally got my tank converting ammonia to nitrites after two weeks. Last night I added 2 ppm of ammonia, today I have .5 ammonia and between 2-5 nitrites.

Do I keep adding ammonia? Or do I wait until nitrites get converted to nitrates? In other words, what do I do now? Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Keep adding ammonia and wait. While you wait for the bacteria that converts nitrites to grow, you don't want the bacteria that converts ammonia to starve, so more ammonia is needed
