Cycle complete in 4 weeks?

Most resources I've seen online speak off 6 to 8 weeks to finish a cycle.
I'm nearing the end of my 4th week and I believe I have a finished cycle but it seems so early?
I am a bit impatient to get fish in the tank but I want to make sure all is good...

I have been taking daily water readings and saw nitrite build up almost immediately.
I did use 2 types of "bacteria in a bottle" One that was recommended by the fishstore and another one that came with my filter. Those were tablets I had to put between the sponges in the filter. That's the Juwel Bio Boost.

I did put a lot of ammonia from day 1 in the tank (my mistake)... Around 10 to 12ppm at once...
Because of this, my nitrite test maxed out for a long time so I didn't know exactly when my nitrite started to drop but it took almost 3 weeks to clear the nitrite. It took 48 hours to go from 10ppm nitrite to 0. That happened last week.

Once both ammonia and nitrite cleared, I added around 5ppm of ammonia. It took 24h for all the ammonia to be converted to nitrite and 48h to get rid of all the nitrite.
That was done yesterday... So yesterday I added another 2.5ppm ammonia and today (24h later) both the ammonia and nitrite are at 0.

Is it ok now to add fish? Am I ready? Pretty please

I would start doing less frequent water changes first and then see if your parameters stay stable.

My last water change was from before I added the 5ppm ammonia. So since then, the tank has processed 5ppm and 2.5ppm ammonia.
Can't see why they aren't stable...
My Ph, KH and GH remained stable in the last 2 weeks, no matter the amount of ammonia, nitrite or nitrate in the water

I don't see anywhere he mentioned water changes in the first post?

Yannick , I would say you are ready for fish. You need to test for nitrates. Do enough of a water change to get below 20ppm on nitrates, and you are good to go. If you can't add fish right away, I would dose to 2ppm ammonia every other day until you can get them, changing the water the day before you add them to get back below 20ppm nitrates.

It looks like the extra bacteria took some time off the cycling process. What is your nitrate level? If it is high or even if it isn't too high I will recommend you do a partial water change. Be sure to use your water conditioner and temp match the new water.

After the water change dose the ammonia up to 2.5 or so and see where you are tomorrow. If you are seeing 0 ammonia and 0 nitrites then I would have to say, yes, your cycle is complete and you are ready for fish.

Sorry, I somehow understood you had been doing daily water changes

Yes, I was planning on doing a nice clean of the tank before I get any fish.
I'll do around 50% water change and will do a full water test a few hours after I did the change to make sure it's good.
I'll also do a good clean of the ornaments as there is a tremendous amount of diatoms in the tank... It's ugly...
I also know to clean them in the removed tank water to not remove the bacteria or infect them with chloramine and so.

Sorry, I somehow understood you had been doing daily water changes

I've been doing daily water readings. You probably misread this for water changes

My plan is to clean the aquarium tomorrow morning (9am) and go to the fish store in the afternoon, around 3pm.

What are nitrates? You seem good to go if it is processing that amount of ammonia in 24 hours.

Nitrate is around 40-50.
My last WC was before I added 5ppm + 2.5ppm and I don't believe nitrate were 0 after my last WC.
