I have an angelfish pair in my 55 gallon who lay eggs about every 10 days. They typically get along very well with one another as a result, and will occasionally pick at one another around breeding time, which I read is typically behavior, usually the male pecks at the female and she lets him. However, I noticed that when I turn my aquarium light to the blue setting it causes them to become aggressive toward one another. As a result, I don't use that setting, but has anyone experienced anything similar? I don't think anything is wrong with them, but my thoughts are that the light freaks them out a bit.
