hmm, well thats for the mini algae wafers, for some of the other foods im feeding them (fry and adults) its about 43% ~55%. ill try feeding them more veggies now . What types can i feed them other than zuccini (if i manage to find it), i did feed them carrots once o_O, not many were fond of it, but they did nibble a little, i also gave them cabbage lol (the only available vegetables i could find in my house at that time)

They also like green peas Using canned peas take a couple and rinse them off with water. Then squish beteen thumb and index finger just enough to break the peel. Just drop a couple in at first until they learn their food. A couple of times a week would work great.

I have a bag of frozen peas in my freezer just for my fishies, I hate peas so they're going nowhere. A dollar for 6 months supply is fine with me.

Consider yourself lucky in that regard, my friend. Except for feeding fish, zucchini doesn't have much to recommend it!

I love zucchini! Saute it with butter, wine, garlic, onions. Yum!

I don't like it as a veggie, but my aunt makes zucchini bread. It's AWESOME.

Hhaha, lots of things become palatable with the addition of garlic, onions, butter and wine...

Never had it cooked with wine, though I've eaten it while drinking wine. Wine makes everything better, but it didn't help with the zucchini. IDK, it's just so... watery and bland. Love cucumbers and squash, but I'm not feeling the zuc.

Yeah, I just buy a bag of frozen peas at the store and keep them in the freezer, popping out a couple at a time for my fish. You couls also just freeze fresh peas if thats what you have.

I then run them under warm water to thaw and loosen the hull, remove the hull, smash pea between my fingers and dip them into the tank.
