I want to feed my babies cucumber, I froze a piece and it's thawing now but I wasn't sure if it was safe to break up and put in the tank, do I need to do anything special? Cook it?

I blanch mine before I put it in the freezer.
Think it's fine to blanch now after freezing?

If you freeze them first then put them in the frig to defrost you can just put them in the tank.

Or you can take a fresh vegetable, boil it a few minutes, run it under cold water and put it in the tank.

Or just cut a vegetable put it on a skewer stick and push the stick down into the gravel or dirt

Probably be fine. Put it in hot water to thaw it and weigh it down with something.

Alright, I tossed the frozen piece and put in a blanched fresh one.... omg the bronze corys are going nuts for it!

Just had a thought, cucumber is a lot of food, how long should I let them eat it for?

I usually keep my vegetables in the tank for 24 hours, then I take out what's not eating
