With your Guppies or Endlers do you typically have to crush your flakes? I use TetraMin tropical flakes and Omega One Flakes. I don't remember having to do this for them in the past but I notice they give up on the foods if they can't swallow in one bite. They are adults just curious if anyone else has had this issue? Omega One Small Pellets seem to be to big for there mouths as well

Yes, I crush all flakes for my endlers. Their mouths are tiny.

I just always crush it in my fingers when I feed them, mostly for the babies but I don't know how big your flakes are.

I only ever crush flakes for fry. My adults will either tear off chunks or just "chew with their mouth open" haha. Maybe you are feeding them too much or they never learned how to eat whole flakes.
