Crooked/Bent Dojo Loach

When I first got my dojo loach it was a typical looking, straight body loach. My loach started to develop a lump on the top front half of its body and now it's essentially a crooked loach. It's basically a 'V' swimming in the tank. Its behavior and general health seem fine, and it's looked like this for awhile now with no accompanying behavioral changers. What gives?

bbcarpen, Welcome to FIshlore, do you have a photo you can share ? To me it sounds like a genetic spinal deformity or a mass that is causing one.

I'm assuming there's not a whole lot I can do about that.
