Critter Trail Inhabitant

I ordered a double critter nation about a month ago and it was placed on backorder and I was sent the wrong cage but long story short I ended up with a single critter nation and I have an add on unit coming next week. I have a hamster that was going to go in the cage but I’m not sure if I will put her in since she’s so old.

If I don’t put her in there I was wondering what pets I could put in? I want a list of everything! If I have to make a few modifications that’s okay!

 

How about some pillbugs?
They are also called sowbugs or isopods and come in a lot of different color/size variations- check out the zebra one!

 

Rats

 

I know I’m late, but I wanted to say this.
Crittertrails are too small for any rodent (except for the new super one that isn’t officially released yet). Hamsters need at least 540 sq. Inches and at least 4 inches of bedding. Mice need 150 + fifty for every additional mouse. Rats need a critter nation or larger. You would probably be best returning the crittertrail and buying a tank.
(P.S. hamsters aren’t usually big on climbing, so extra levels don’t count towards floor space)

Haha I never changed the words because I thought no one would answer. I have a critter nation and in the writing I said critter nation but then the tittle was just wrong

It’s a single but in a couple years when I don’t have my hedgehog anymore I could open it up and make it double
