Can crazy glue safely be used to build decor?

It might leech chemicals,theres aquarium safe glue I don't remember the name but use that.

If it's cyanoacrylate then it's safe to use

Any plain super glue will work (cyanoacrylate). No need to buy something specific to aquariums - usually they increase the price then.

I'm not sure about Krazy glue though (ethyl cyanoacrylate). When I googled it, I didn't see anything that said not to use it...

I think that's just it's full name, I believe salty keepers use a gel version for frags so it must be safe

I used a gel version of cyanoacrylate to glue plants to decor. The gel seems to work better as it's not runny. Use it sparingly because it dries white, not clear.
