What is your concern?
Are you worried she will eat them or something?
The babies look good in that last photo

Yes I'm worried that will eat them. Everything I have read says they shouldn't keep coming back to her after this time ! She just molted about 3 days ago and I just took these of them back on her

It looks like she still has babies on her that aren't completely formed yet. She would not accept fully formed babies back on her swimmerets.

They were all off of her when she molted, they come and go even some of the medium ones
All are formed they just curled up. They even crawl all over over her literally everywhere. Just confused cause everything I have read on the internet (very little on there) says it should be maybe 2 weeks

I would remove her from them if that is the way you are going (the babies will prey on each other, but your female will as well). She/they should let go when she is lifted from the water.

Yeah I been trying to keep a good idea on how much food I've been giving them that way they aren't preying on each other to bad. Okay great! Wasnt sure if they would lift off or not
Shes does have about 28 of them still on her. Shes eating fine and I see NO signs of aggression
