Crawfish farm

Does anyone have suggestions on making a crawfish farm? I live in the Midwest so rice wouldn't work.

 

Can you elaborate?

 

I want to harvest crawfish in a relatively small pond Big Red

 

Inside or outside?
Ive seen several sites online while I researched breeding crawfish. Cant name any though.
If its going to be outside pond it needs to be lined and escape proof. But that's all ive got. Ive seen them bred in nasty muddy ponds and scooped out by the thousands. Also seen them breed in gutter systems partioned off and filtered.
