Just got the magenta in the mail today! Should I be worried about those small cracks in her shell? They don't look like they've penetrated but it's a little unsightly.

It's so small that it will grow into a healthier shell. High calcium diet and some tender love and care will help a lot.

I use liquid calcium. I noticed amazing shell growth within a month of introducing it and find it much easier to maintain than adding all these objects to the tanks and filters. Just a few drops per water change and they're good!

What brand of drops are you using?

Absolutely no affect on KH and therefore no affect on PH either. My GH increased slightly but in my tank that's actually a good thing! So it works out really well for me personally.

It's hard to tell from the picture but they almost look like... hard grow lines. Sometimes when a snails is transported or experiences a change in parameters or food. They will stop growing for a bit and have a hard line appear where they start growing again.
