Could 3 Bala Sharks fit in a 6 foot tank?

Hello,
I have 2 bala sharks at the moment and plan on getting more! I was wondering if 3 bala sharks would work in a 6 foot tank, right now they are in a 45 gallon ( Not For Long) and once I get the money I was going to buy a bigger tank, the balas are only babies. so should I invest in a 6 foot or bigger. I would prefer a 6 foot

A 6 foot tank is about 80 gallons?

I wouldn't think so. An 8 foot tank would be preferable, like 125 gallons. They get 12" and very active. Like Silver Dollars they often bash their brains in from running too fast into the glass.

6ft x 2ft x 1.5ft is 134 gallons. That should be enough. But you might want six Balas as they are schooling fish

at my LPS (Local pet store, as they don't sell fish) they have a few "show tanks". where nothing is for sale. In one tank is a couple clown loaches and 4-6 bala sharks in a 100 gallon tank 72 long, 18 wide, 18 high (I think.) I know what it means to trust one of thous company's. Although the fish seem to be doing fine in there.

All outs fails, just double the tank.
