I was thinking of getting 4 or 5 elegant cories for my 20g grow out tank. Mainly to help keep the tank cycled and to help keep it clean once I move my babies over. Is this okay?:;scuba

I dont see a problem with it other then what you do when you need the tank for fry again.

I think you could, if you put them in after the fry are free-swimming and not sitting on the bottom most of the time. If it's not on the bottom, my cories don't bother it (and sometimes, if it's moving and on the bottom, they won't bother it anyway).

This is for my 6 to 8 week old bettas, before I have to start seperating them.

Well if they are big enough and moving around well I dont see much of a problem. But put the corys under heavey quratining before anything little fry are sensitive to anything. We wouldnt want your little babies getting sick and dieing.
