Cory About To Die!

Did a water change about 5 hours ago just noticed ono of my cories lying on it's side.
swam a bit forward on it's side and is still lying on his side.
breathing is rapid, and every 14-15 breaths, he takes
a double breathe (like two breaths very fast)
All parameters are normal 30G tank, planted , had em for almost a year.

Tank has 5 albino cories and 6 hengelI rasbora

30G , ammonia and nitrite 0, nitrate 2 ppm , ph 7.3 , 25c.
HAlf a dozen hengelI rasbora and albino cories was the stock.
no new fish introduces in 6 months .
albino cories now down to 2 .
