Hi, I have five aeneus and three brochis splendens cories, and they’ve all turned dark gray/black with rust-colored fins. They started darkening before I moved them into this new tank, but once I moved them, they darkened further and no longer have any real color. Is this normal???

There are different colortypes of C.aeneus.
Had some which were possible "crossbreds" between my bronze and a type that formerly know as C.macrosteus.
The fry was beautiful blue greenish and with aging they became almost black.
Experts told me they were C.schultzeI black but they definitely weren't.

Yeah, I really liked the initial colors on these, too. I had no idea they would turn like this. :/
