I have an emerald green cory and an albino cory and both of them do not even touch the wafer even when they lay on top of it they don't seem to notice, its weird cause when i first got them they ate the whole thing in 3 days or so but now they only eat bloodworms do they have a problem?

Corys are not algae eaters, get them some catfish pellets instead.
They also need live or frozen food, bloodworm, brine shrimp daphnia etc.
Corys are a shoaling fish & really should be kept in groups of 6 of their own kind i.e 6 bronze, 6 albinos etc

My corys get flake food, they are not a algae eater but I've seen them nibble on my BN plecos food every now and then
