They don't have a lot of overlap, and those would be better, but you could still do them all as long as you kept it at 75 F exactly. IMO

The pearl gourami doesn't have a lot of temp overlap with neons (and really the BN either). What about cardinal tetra and a clown pleco instead?

As that's the extreme lower end for pearls, personally I wouldn't. And I like a bit of wiggle room
