Convict Cichlid Fry

Something caught my eye in my 55 gallon tank so I went over and I see 1 little convict cichlid probably 1 cm long. This was unexpected and now I don't know what I need to do, if anything. In my 55 I have 2 convicts, 3 blood parrots, and a rhino pleco. The parrots are probably 5 inches long and the convicts about 2 inches. Will this little guy become fish food if I don't move him?
Do I need to shut off filters until I get him out so he doesn't get sucked up in them?
I only see one, are there probably more somewhere?
If I need to move him, should I move mom and dad too?
He seems big to me. I'm guessing he has been around a couple weeks to already be that big. any help would be appreciated. He's a cute little thing.

I can't find him now, but I notice mom and dad are staying pretty close to this piece of decor and not letting the parrots get near it, so I hope he's in there.

More likely they're getting ready to spawn again. At 1cm, that little fry is likely a lone survivor of a spawn from a month or so back, as new fry are much smaller than that. If he's survived this long, I'd just leave it and see what happens. I'm surprised you didn't see the spawn, as Convicts usually bring out the cloud of fry when they start swimming. Plecos are really good at eating eggs and wigglers, but usually once they are swimming he's no threat.

I was thinking he was about 3 weeks old. He was my own little Nemo. BUT, I can't find him today. Hoping nothing got him, but if I didn't see him for a month, he could just be hiding. I'm quite surprised I didn't see the spawn either from what I've read about them. I'm sure another is coming though. The female is "brighter" than usual. Her belly is bright orange and it looks like blue on her fins. I'll try to pay more attention. I was concerned the parrot and cichlid might breed.
