Constipated Goldfish

Hello, i have 1 goldfish in my main tank that seems to have constipation. He swims around normally and isnt lethargic at all, but he is a bit bloated on the abdomen with a few scales slightly raised, and he poops out thick dark brown stringy poop. When i noticed this, I fasted him for 2 days and fed him deshelled peas after. I am wondering what else could I do to him, if i should do a salt bath, or change his diet, etc.
He had 2 companions on his tank before, but one died of something i couldnt pinpoint last June, and the other one died just last saturday due to dropsy. He is the remaining goldfish I have, and I really want to heal him.
Right now he is still pooping out ALOT, and they are all stringy and dark brown. I read that goldfish poop at least once every 48 hours, but my goldfish's poop in a day seemed too much.
Just a couple of notes: i change his water 50% very once or twice a week. I add Aquarium salt on his tank, but when i noticed the bloat i removed it.
In my place it is usually warm, but since it is nearing rainy season, the temperature dropped. I currently have no filter nor a heater yet. His tank is 10 gallons and he is about 2 inches big.

what food do you feed him?

you can try an epsom salt bath.

Hello, I usually feed him floating pellets, but I also feed him boiled broccoli, lettuce, and peas. I sometimes feed boiled egg whites too.

I also did an epsom salt bath just now for 15minutes, and he still acts ok, but i am worried about his bloating. On my last fish who had dropsy, i wasnt able to get kanaplex due to the unavailability in my area.

Being in a small unfiltered tank, water quality is pretty much guaranteed to be an issue. Are you able to do a water test?

The frequency to which goldfish poo is down to how often they’re fed. It won’t definitely happen every 48 hours.

ooh, i totally miss the part about not having a filter.

what are the ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels?

how often do you do water changes, and how much water is removed?

Hello, i havent checked the levels yet (i accidentaly only bought an ammonia level checker) but I change the water 50% every once or twice a week.
