I dunno about the cories, I would have honestly stuck with 6 in a 20 gallon high, the bottom would look and feel way too crowded with any more than 8 cories.

As for the nerites, I would stick with 1-2. Especially if you have minimal algae, they will have a tough time finding food.

The more cories the better! As DoubleDutch would say

Absolutely. IME the smaller horned nerites don't leave eggs like the larger varieties.

Yeah I figured I was fully stocked on Cory's

I'll ADD two then.

I'm not going to get anymore Cory's till I get a bigger tank which I hope to get someday because most tell me my Cory's are fully stocked for this size tank so I'm going to go with the majority and stick with what I have.

I don't mind the eggs I'll just remove them it depends on which nerites my Petsmart gets in that will determine what I get or maybe I'll just let the eggs become fish food.

Would it be a good idea to add some cuttlebone to my filter for the Nerites if I get them?I use municipal tap water

I'm the filter, buried under the substrate, sunk on the substrate, suction cupped to the side, many options to ensure enough calcium in the water.

If I buried it under the substrate in my tank which by the way is currently gravel how would I know when to replace it and will it hurt my fish?

It can't hurt anything and is very slow to dissolve. It will be there a long long time since under the substrate doesn't get hardly any flow. I bury mine for a day and then uncover it. It stays sunk so whatever wants to munch on it can as they please.

HikarI has calcium/crab pellets. Or you can do the same ideas with crushed coral

My GH and KH are as follows
GH 150
KH 160
Is this enough for Nerites Wraithen?

Should be fine. My kh was much lower and my nerites were fine.

Do I need to add extra calcium or are my GH and KH good enough for Nerites? I'll be getting two possibly three Zebra Nerites this weekend.

They should be fine. If you're worried about calcium a cheap cuttlebone for a bird is usually nothing but calcium and completely safe to sink in your tank.

I don't know. Most likely not. Many of us use it just in case since it requires nothing but dropping it in and leaving it alone.

I'll look into getting it later if it turns out my snails need it then I'm just not going to get it just yet.Would Algae wafers be a good staple diet for them though?

They like cucumber, zucchini, and the film that grows on everything and the already growing algae. They won't need the wafers but you could offer 1/6 a small wafer once a week or so to see if they want it. They kind of have to learn to eat what you give them usually.

Would it be okay to break a 6" cuttlebone I just bought today is half and put half in my tank and then put the other half in when the first half dissolves,or should I put the whole cuttlebone in at once I now have three Nerites as of today?
