Condensation Inside Heater Ok?

I have a Marineland Precision Submersible heater inside my tank and I think I see some condensation inside the glass part. Is that normal?

Common, but less than ideal. I used to have one heater that had enough water in the bottom it would boil the water when running.

I think most of my heaters ended up with condensation in them after a few months. Ran for years that way.
