Concern

My angel has small red outlines at the base of his fins and he has been acting different, he's alone in a 20 gallon tall tank and he's still small I have no clue what is wrong with him

 

Is the tank cycled?
What are the water parameters?
Can you post a picture?

 

Tank is cycled I don't have access to a test kit at the moment and I'll try my best to get a picture



It's on the basses of his side and bottom fin

He just sits in a corner all day

 

We really need test results, because it could be the water...

 

Yeah I'll head over to a friends house who usually Tests my water in the next 2 days

Last test my nitrites were very high but I've done a few water changes in that time so I believe it might be a stress issue

 

If your nitrites were high the tank isn't cycled.

 

If your friend has fish you might want to get some filter material from him to kick start your cycle...I'd just about bet that's the problem with your little fish.

 

I think Anthony's Tank is going through a minI cycle. I will happily help him go through this. I will meet with him tomorrow
