Completed my 29 gallon tank!

I (my wife) always liked blue gravel, so the substrate is the blue gravel.
After browsing the forums, it turns out my angels, candy cane tetras and even the pleco love a planted aquarium, so I got all the flora.

Plecos love driftwood right? So I put in a cool piece that also hides the airstone when looking from the front of the aquarium.

I then found out the fish don't always like the direct light of the hood so I bought that rock for them to hide under.

While browsing around the pet store for an ornament of some kind, I came across the penn plax tank terrace and knew it had to be in my aquarium!

So I finally ended up with what you see below:

It's come a long way from what it used to be:

Wow, what a transformation! This is the kind of thing I hope to accomplish with my current tanks once my move is complete. The terrace is very cool!

Doesn't moss die in 3 months?

No, I have java moss in my tank for the last 1 year and they are going crazy. They need only minimum light and nutrients compared to other plants . they may go a bit yellow in the first few weeks but after that its really hard to kill them. I just started the hobby a year ago but now I am having a moss carpet in my 5 gallon .
