You have some serious stocking issues. I would assume none of the fish are full grown because they would kill each other. Rehome: the Powder Blue Dwarf Gouramis (will be eaten by the Bala Sharks, will fight with the Three Spot), the Three Spot Gourami (will fight with the Pearl and the Dwarf), the Clown Loach (needs to be in groups of 5+ so will need a much bigger tank), the Hi Fin Catfish (need a much bigger tank) and the Indian Algae Eaters (will terrorize the other bottom dwellers). You also need to up some schools.
    I would do:
    4 Firemouth Cichlids
    1 Cichlid
    1 Pearl Gourami
    6 bala sharks
    1 Red Finned Shark
    1 Pleco
    8 Rosy Barbs
    4 random yellow fish

The first fish are gold barbs, the second pic looks like a jewel cichlid.

Your hi fin catfish is capable of reaching over 8' in the wild, and can definitely hit 4' in captivity... you're gonna need a (large) pond...
