So I got a new 90-gallon fish tank that came with some fish a while ago. I rehomed some of them that were not suited for the tank and now I'm left with this:
1 Angelfish
6 Lemon Tetras
1 Satanoperca Leucosticta
1 Orange Head Geophagus
1 Common Pleco (I will be rehoming him very soon)
1 Pictus Catfish (Most likely will have to rehome him)

I have a Fluval 406 canister filter and an Aqueon 75 HOB filter running on it currently. I will probably change the HOB to a canister when I have the money but the filtration should stay about the same. I will also change the current gravel to sand soon. The tank will have live plants, rocks, and driftwood on the right and slope down to just sand on the left side.

I was thinking the new stock would be
1 Angelfish
12 Lemon Tetras
12 Cardinal Tetras
1 Satanoperca Leucosticta
1 Orange Head Geophagus
8 Sterbai Corydoras
1 Twig Catfish
5 Zebra Loaches

Would this be okay? Or would it be overstocked?

I do not believe that would be overstocked. Though you should get one more zebra loach.
